STEPS

On Angels wings we come to Thee

our Savior ~ Love Divine,

For You are ~The ONLY WAY~

to Heaven, so sublime!

{See John 14:6 & Acts 4:12}

Jesus is The ONLY way for us to get to

Heaven, but, in order for us to:

'stay' in Love with Him ~till the End~ we

must also 'live' & choose these 'Steps' to

'grow up' in our 'walk' with Christ & to be

'used' by Him for His Kingdom. Why would

you choose Him, yet continue to walk the

way of the World, disobedient & full of

pride {self}? For our obedience shows God

that we DO really Love Him! {See John 15}.

My question would be: "Did you 'really'

LOVE Him when you chose Him?" I Pray

that you will LEARN to Love Christ more &

more each day ~ even during the 'hard' times

& the 'testing of your Faith' in Him ~ when

things go wrong & your world is turned

upside down & the 'question' comes: "Where

were You, God, when THIS happened to me

or my family?" Because IF we don't

~REALLY LOVE GOD~ when 'bad things

happen to good people' we will:

~TURN AWAY~ from Christ instead of

being drawn TO Him! And the devil will be

there to 'tempt' you to turn from Him! BUT~

IF YOU REALLY LOVE CHRIST, God can &

WILL help you to 'overcome' &

STAY in LOVE with Him!

Believe me, I know! AMEN!!!

If we do NOT follow these 'Steps', I think God

will have to ask us this question, too, &

perhaps He might also have to say:

"Depart from Me, for I never knew you!"

{see Matthew 7:23}

I pray that He ~doesn't~ have to say this to

YOU!

THINK ABOUT IT!

"STEPS!"

{Poem Book 6}

There are many 'steps'

that we must take,

In order for us to make it

through those Pearly Gates.

The 1st step is to CHOOSE *

JESUS CHRIST as Savior, *

Then let Him help you *

'change' your behavior.

The 2nd step isn't easy

as we must 'humble' ourselves, *

'Confess' we are guilty *

& become 'empty' of our-'selves'!

With 'self' out of the way, *

Jesus can take over,

And we'll begin to 'Worship' Him *

which is the 3rd step that we'll cover.

The 4th step is to 'grow' *

in our 'obedience', *

And as we learn to 'love' Him

we'll act like we've got sense. *

The 5th step & beyond

is to 'STAY' right by His Side, *

As we seek Him in our praying *

He'll ever ~with us~ abide. *
