“IN THE BEGINNING!”

{Poem Book 4}
In the Beginning of time
before God made Heaven & Earth,
He KNEW He’d have to send His Son to ‘die’
to ‘give’ us ~ our ‘New Birth’.
He ‘knew’ that we would sin
so He grew that very tree,
The one that would hold His Son
up there ~ on Calvary!
He also gave man ‘wisdom’
so he’d create a NAIL,
They’d also create a ‘hammer’
to ‘hit’ those ‘rusty nails’.
The ones they drove right through His Hands
when CHRIST was just thirty three,
Fo He ‘WILLINGLY’ let them
so He could DIE for you & me.
Even if there were only YOU
God created long ago,
He would have still sent His Son
to ‘suffer’ all that woe.
For ‘you alone’ would have cursed Him
as ‘I’ would have, too,
NEEDING to be ‘saved from hell’
& ‘changed’ all through & through.
Don’t you realize ~
how much God ‘Loves’ EVERYONE?
For no matter how many there are
CHRIST would have COME for only one!
