~Welcome~ to One & All!
Thanks for BIBLE Background I used as a Picture!
God’s ‘Word’ is a source
  of keeping us ‘spiritually’ alive,
Reading it & ‘eating’ it *
  will help your soul ‘revive’!

We must continually feed our souls
  so we can ‘stronger’ become,
Leaning on The Spirit &
nourished by God’s Holy Son. *

We may not remember all we ‘eat’
but The Spirit inside us can,
Bringing it to our mind in time
to keep us from failing in this land.

As we lift our hearts in ‘Praise’
  our spirit inside us soars,
Remembering all we need to know
when that ‘old lion’ roars. *

‘Promises’ You’ve given us *
will lead us in the right direction, *
They offer us comfort *
as You Promise us protection. *

We’ll even obey You *
  in the dark of night,
When ‘no one’ is even looking
  we’ll keep up the fight.

For SIN might overtake us
if we ‘sneak around’ to do it,
If we really want the fullness of Christ,
we will ‘not’ pursue it. *

So, to remain obedient
& stay close to The Master, *
Read His Word & don’t ‘practice’ sinning
& end up in disaster! *

Like Cain of old who killed his brother *
being filled with jealousy & hate,
He disobeyed Christ’s command to ~
  ‘love one another’ &
     didn’t enter life’s Gate!

For ‘real love’ lays down its life
  for its Christian brother, *
Instead of  killing them with our tongues *
we’ll seek to lift one another! *
